Are We Still Prejudiced?

It’s the year 2014 in case you didn’t notice and people are still in their embryonic stage of understanding how humanity works. We have the ability to think freely yet our judgement is clouded. The once thought abolished discrimination is not abolished. People hating each other on the basis of their skin colour. Can’t you see how ridiculous that sounds? I mean cut through that skin and you’re gonna get red colour juice oozing out which is same for everyone. Unless you have something blue or green oozing out, then only people should hate you. If not then you’re fine. People made fun of just because they’re a couple of pounds heavier. People made fun of for having acne. People made fun of for wearing glasses. People made fun of for wearing ‘unfashionable’ clothes. It’s clothes for God’s sake. People made fun of for breathing. People made fun of for having feelings. Can you imagine how messed up we all are? People killing each other in the name of God. What people don’t realize is that, It is the same God that made the ones killing each other. The human mind can be easily manipulated. If the media portrays somebody as perfect, then everybody wants to be that person. Anybody who chooses not to is thrown aside. We do all of this for what? We’re not going forward, we’re just wandering around the same point. Can you imagine the possibilities when a billion people work towards something. Something that can revolutionize the world? We’re all created for a purpose. The universe is created for a purpose. It’s not just about staying and living your own life, it’s about exploring. It’s about making a change. Look at the bigger picture.
